1 can of Gomes da Costa Solid Tuna in Oil (170g)
10 slices of Italian bread
50g red onion
5 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
Heat the oven to 150 degrees.
Brush the bread with olive oil and bake for 2 minutes on each side.
Cook the eggs for 11 minutes, slice and set aside.
Chop the red onion into small cubes.
Grate the carrot
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and keep it in its shell.
Separate 1/4 of the Gomes da Costa Tuna
In a bowl add the red onion, the avocado, 3/4 of Tuna, the olive oil, the salt and mix.
Arrange the avocado cream on the toast, the carrot, the egg and lastly the Tuna
